Erich Bohn is a senior Reporter for Student Media and has been on the Newspaper staff since his Freshman year. He has dipped into a variety of reporting areas since joining and hopes to continue writing quality content. He has two dogs, plays soccer video games, and paints small miniature soldiers in his spare time. He is excited to write for CHSToday for his last year at Conifer.

A judge (Zach Brennan) oversees the court and attempts to keep the practice trial on track while the witness delivers her statement. The tournament trial will be held in front of a real Jefferson County judge and teams will be judged on presentation, knowledge, improvisation, and logic. Though the Conifer team is not alone in training for the event, as the team has several lawyers helping them with court procedures and arguments. “We’ve got another parent who is helping out with logistics and getting everybody organized as well,” Benish said.

Lieutenant Titus of the Ultramarines climbs over a hill of dead Tyranids with a chainsword in hand. Following his capture and imprisonment by secret police of the Galaxy-spanning Imperium of Man on false charges of Chaotic corruption, the former Ultramarine Captain must hold back an unending swarm of Tyranids and deal with a mysterious cult whose plans may threaten dozens of inhabited systems while at the same time learning to once again trust his Battle-Brothers in his never-ending crusade against the Tyranids: a hivemind dedicated to devouring the entire galaxy and scouring it clean of all life with untold quintillions of soldiers made up of little more than armor, teeth, and claws.

These posters were put on the Orange Buckets used in the Orange Bucket drive on April 7, which raised several thousand dollars for CLUB and its efforts. This is only one of the ways the organization has been attempting to procure funds. “We are also trying to get a grant from the Gates family foundation,” Zalfa said.
