Alyssa Nowicki just joined the newspaper staff and is thrilled to do her part in all that she can. She loves writing all kinds of stories, from novels to short excerpts. In November of 2016, Alyssa participated in National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) and wrote a large majority of her first novel. She is currently working on three novels in her past time and is excited to translate her writing into the newspaper. Alyssa also enjoys her athletic life as an equestrian, hockey player, skier, dancer, and friend. This will be her first time writing for the newspaper.
